Bought a flat cap for a birthday gift for my father. The quality of the cap is excellent and can't fault it what so ever. The ordering process was straightforward and very easy. So I've marked this as 4 stars. Here's why.... Unfortunately the cap itself is slightly too large and when looking at the return process, I would need to return for a refund and then place an order for another. Surely it would be simpler just to do a replacement for an alternative size ? Just seems a bit of a hassle to the point that I never bothered and he is making do with it being slightly too big.
