Delighted with the service and most of all with my hat. It is very chic and the brim can be turned up, left down or even turned up one side at a jaunty angle. Love it but as luck would have it we have had no rain since it arrived so I have not been able to test it. I bought the 56-57 cm as I have a Jack Murphy drovers hat and it is 56 cm, this hat fits but does not feel like it has a grip around my head. I have been out in it though and it was fine, didn't move.
