I placed my order on the 28th of November - today is the 19th of December and I still haven't received my item after three weeks. I did telephone customer services at W&H. The person I spoke to refused to take responsibility and blamed the post office between sniffing loudly and talking in an incomprehensible mumble. He offered no compensation or any kind of goodwill.
Having looked at some reviews for W&H I notice that many were written within the last two weeks, in other words people are in fact receiving items. So where is mine? The service from W&H has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
