Prices look great - ordering process not so good
I placed an order 10 days ago for roughly £215 worth of items. But it only charged (preauthorised) my card £1. Then a few days later it tried to take the balance. This led to there not being any money in the account (as I keep it in my savings acc when not in use)
I eventually had to call up to try and get the payment sorted - this took over 45 minutes on hold. I paid and understood that it was late in the day but parts would be shipped weds
Thursday I had an email to say that parts were being shipped Thursday - I thought great! At least I’ll get them Friday latest
Friday. Still no tracking but they send me an email asking me to review service.
I’m going away Sunday. Not impressed as the parts were needed for my van specifically for this trip.
