Disappointed that one of the items I ordered is damaged and won't be replaced. Accepted it has been a few weeks, however We were away when delivered and items thrown over my fence. I left clear instructions that if I was not there to leave items with a neighbour. This was not followed. I have only been home a few days and have not had time to check the items hence the time lapse.
Please see cctv of courier throwing items over fence. You can hear them hitting my bin. It also explains now why the handle on my bin is broken. I was wondering how it broke.
