Product ordered was as described. I made a slight error with the post code and trying to get hold of anyone on the phone is a nightmare. I spoke to the chat line who were very good and said that I would receive an email confirming new post code. I spoke to chat 3 times but never received an email. The parcel found its way to the garage even though the postcode and street was wrong. I received an email after delivery saying they had only just received the message. 4 stars, need to sort out phone lines out, 3 hours is not acceptable.
