The purchase process for my ordered items was easy and delivery was prompt and completed within a reasonable time. However, one of my items appears incompatible with my vehicle. I have made MANY attempts to contact VanStyle about this issue, but have still not been able to make any contact for over a month from ordering now!
Companies that are quick to take your money, but have very poor, or seemingly no aftersales care, really rub me the wrong way. Not a happy customer!
