I made an error when placing my order, I realised this as soon as I checked out so I contacted them as per their T&C's (5 minutes after placing the order), asking if I could amend the order or cancel. I then received a response email at midnight saying that the order could not be edited, and could not be cancelled as it was past the 30 minute mark of requesting to cancel. I'm not sure how they worked that out as I emailed after 5 minutes asking to cancel if the order couldn't be changed. I was then told my only option would be to accept the delivery and then send the package back at my own cost. So now I have a treatbox that I do not want and received no help from them when trying to fix the issue.
