You always find out how good a company is when there are problems. When my delivery arrived the cardboard packaging was damaged and I immediately found one damaged section. Over the weekend I also found a second section and reported both on Monday morning. I received a prompt response from the manager and two replacement sections were delivered by midday Wednesday. I cannot fault the response and service from Top Tower.
