Item was clearly second hand by state of packaging and scratches and marks on the product. Needed to use it and couldn't face the faff in sending it back.
UPDATE: I am happy to upgrade my rating of this company and product, as they have very efficiently resolved the issue. Excellent customer service. Product replacement (Ladder Standoff) was delivered very promptly. A BRITISH company (pleasant change) and one that reads its reviews. Competitively priced and efficient service. Well done. Thank you.
