Order Nbr. TSUK223309 was delivered on time, however the essential tools for the safe operation of the product is missing. There should be a spanner and hex key to tighten the Dewalt DCS565N Brushless 165 mm Circular Saw should the blade come loose, which it did. This happened when the 18v battery was low and the saw jammed, the saw blade came loose. This is a safety hazard. This product should be supplied with those essentials to keep it operational and safe.
