I am trying to track down some discontinued tiles and contacted Tiles and Mosaics to see if they could help. They really tried but couldn't trace the tiles. Well, they were bought in 2005, so it was the longest of long shots. (I tend to be unrealistically hopeful but am aware that finding the same product even a year later is almost unheard-of, as everything these days has to be "NEW, NEW, NEW" and the old consigned to landfill.) Anyway, many companies would just have said "You've got to be joking!" However, Tiles and Mosaics have expended an inordinate amount of time and trouble trying to help and advise me. So if you want a company that really offers caring customer service and "goes the extra mile", Tiles and Mosaics is such a company. I heartily recommend them.
