The shed itself (the wooden parts) is fine, but the pack was missing a large number of essential fixings (screws, the key, enough nails). I've raised this, and hopefully Tiger will sort this out
It's been a couple of weeks and no one has been in touch. Essentially their customer service appears to be non-existent
