For me it is "acceptable" in that it eventually delivers what is ostensibly its main product - the ability to gain RCVS compliant CPD hours. I don't do this because I want to, I do it because I have to. But, the interface doesn't always run smoothly. Particularly if you try to rewind by pausing and dragging the progress bar back a little. It caused the CPD timer on the webinar to stall, even though the video continued. So, when I reached the end of the webinar (having sat though the whole thing), the system did not allocate the full amount of CPD time to my record, nor did it offer a certificate/QR code for inward use with RCVS interface. Because this happened on a weekend, I could not access help service by ringing your main number. In the end the only way I could force through a certificate & QR code was to re-play the whole webinar again as if from scratch. This arises because often one wants to rewind 10 or 20 seconds to repeat an important point. Why is there no "back 15 sec" or "back 10 sec" button on the videos? (Or is there?) For the cost of unlimited access, I would have hoped for an easy (and functional) "back 15 sec" button... as you would have when you use YouTube (for free). My current feeling is that I dare not press pause or rewind during a webinar, for lack of confidence that the CPD clock will keep running effectively. Additionally, at the start of each webinar is a HIGHLY IRRITATING advert for upcoming events... loud, smacking/clapping sounds, very intrusive and not conducive to a "learning frame of mind". There is a "skip advert" button, but it simply does not work (on my iPad) - terribly frustrating therefore that I HAVE TO endure an advert each and every time before I can start the webinar. Ideally unlimited members shouldn't even be subjected to adverts at all, and failing that at least should be able to "skip advert". Also - by the time one has done more than 50 of the webinars one simply cannot look at a list of available webinars and remember which ones you've already done, without combing back meticulously through one's CPD record. It's just inefficient. Might I suggest that when one completes a webinar, in addition to the certificate & QR code, a small tick (or other marker) appears on the front screen of that webinar, so that one knows in future not to revisit it. So, for these reasons currently I cannot give a score higher than 3/5 > "acceptable" (but not as great as it could/should be).
