It's also pretty with fabulous information on each wine. Next the people. I've had interactions with a couple of people over email and phone. They are without fail friendly helpful and informative. I've asked about wines in stock, wines they don't. Advice has been given and taken. Orders amended and deliveries changed to suit. My last order had a change to the delivery suggested due to the weather forecast and the risk of damaging the wine! How many companies offer this kind of service.
