Customer service par excellence. I am a fairly regular use of Vinorium as I love the range of wines (having lived in Oz for a while). Recently I tried to purchase Veugeot Grand Esprit as the review was outstanding - the order was placed within 90 mins of reading the review - alas the system said sold out!!! I didnt believe it, I thought it was a system glitch so I emailed Stu to alert him. Amazingly it had sold out in that time, but typically customer centric, when Stu wrote back, he promised to try to source more and reserve some for me. It arrived yesterday. Delighted customer! Great company to deal with. John PS not the first time I have had outstanding service (eg Stella Bella incident replaced with Moss Wood)
