Excellent customer service. I bought and paid for a scanner and called to see when it would be delivered. Whilst chatting I realised I had chosen the wrong one. The guy listened to my requirements had a browse through the scanners and recommended one. He refunded the first one and I bought the one he suggested which had turned out to be perfect for what I need. Thank you
