i am so disappointed with this service, i have been waiting for 3 weeks now to get a replacement as the item sent was damaged and they have now sent out the wrong size - each time i have to explain myself over and over and no one seems to be able to get the correct information - i am now having to wait longer. its so disappointing - i have no idea if now i can get a replacement - or if they will offer me a full refund or my money back the whole experience is a shambles. they keep saying they are a small team none the less- it cant be that hard to get an order right
