Poor customer service. I ordered a pair of boots and other items and I requested to pick up the parcel from a pick up shop. The parcel was delayed and I had to travel a day prior the parcel arrived. I rushed to the pick up location but the person at the counter could not give me the parcel as there was a problem with the QR code. I had to leave the package there. I emailed the hippie shake to request for the parcel to be sent back to them and to refund me as I was due to travel and was going to be away for a while. They said they had to wait for the parcel to get back to them automatically after a certain number of days. This is what happens if a customer does not collect the parcel on time so the courier automatically returns it but this was a different situation. I explained the retailer that it s not my fault if the QR code did not allow me to collect it.
4 days later the parcel appears to have been collected but by whom? It was not me as I was abroad. I tried to contact the hippie shake so many times to ask if they need a proof I was abroad etc but they just ignore the question and say they need to investigate and see what is happening before refunding me however they are investigating since weeks and looking into a problem they created in the first place. In the meantime they just do not accept any help from my side to show them I was abroad etc. They simply keep my money until they please!!! Absolutely outrageous! It is a shame as I like what they do but their customer service is poor. I requested several times if they could please give me a call etc. They do not have a number apparently. I would say they simply do not care about people who decide to shop from them. Avoid at all cost! Shame as I was a regular customer.
