Ordered the rug, received emails saying it had been shipped and was even given a number to track. Checked the courier website and it said they were expecting it. Only to then receive an Email saying they didn't have that rug in stock anymore and that I'd get a refund. Refund did eventually come in, just irritating when I had all the things saying it was coming so it confused me.
