I found Swaledale looking for a butcher which did not add so called vegetable oils such as Rapeseed, Sunflower or palm oil to the ingredients of their sausages, which I am pleased to say they do not. Apparently these oils have to be processed via a petrochemical process to extract the oil! Apert from the sausages all the meat I have bought to date has been of the quality and taste you would expect of Grass Fed animals.
Only issue I have with Swaledale is the rapid requests for reviews when I buy and freeze the meat so difficult to review if not consumed!
