Your company is a disgrace. I paid nearly £80 for my Christmas meat and it did not arrive due to your system or your delivery companies system of automatic postcode recognition. Not my fault but you won't give me my money back. You are responsible by law to deliver the product at the right time. Thanks for ruining mine and my family's Christmas!
