Placed my order with a selected delivery day of Tuesday 6th December. It wasn't delivered. DPD states there was a 1 day delay, they hadn't received the package. I contacted customer services on the Wednesday they stated the order had probably been destroyed and they would resend it for the following Tuesday. No apologies or offer of a refund/reduction in cost.
The order was placed for a family BBQ and so we had to source our items elsewhere
