Lovely looking, well matured & fattened meat (though lacking in any form of meaty smell) ready for joyful consumption.
Perfectly cooked & tender to the knife following Gary Rhodes recipe we were at a loss to discover no discernible flavour whatsoever. Such a huge disappointment to say the very least.
