Item was too large sent so sent back which cost £5, (item already quite pricey when your on maternity) no email confirmation when you place an order and I also emailed asking if the return could be done asap as going away today & wanted to take it with me but I didn't get a response. Haven't received exchange yet so can't comment on this process as only sent it back a couple of days ago. (Can only go as fast as the post I understand but some communication might help).
Item was lovely material, it looked and felt nice and in the right size should be perfect
