Initially had trouble putting it together following the instructions because there were no pictures I couldn't visulise it - so suggest pictures with the insructions please. Went on you tube which was marginally better. Anyway once set up it took approx 2 days for my chicken to use it. First of all she was spooked by the noise of the treader and the lid that opens up to reveal the food but once she got over that and got the hang of it - happy days! And even happier the rats went away with in a few days too. Wish I had bought one earlier
