Received a faulty product and raised it as an issue. I had to remind the company of their own guarantee because they told me that even though it was bent, it was still good. I had to insist that I didn't pay for a bent product and that it was not as described. The communication was pretty poor but they eventually replaced it with a good one. It was one of a pair (in the same packaging). The other was flat so it clearly had not been damaged in transit - it had been sent out like that.
