Unable to give a review of the product as it was not delivered due to the company despite entering a contract and being paid for delivery to me, the customer at my given address, chose to sub-contract the delivery to Parcel Force whose T's & C's enable them to divert my delivery to a third party address at their own discretion without my agreement or consultation. The company also wanted me, as I declined the product as it was going to arrive too late ( was informed that it would be delivered later) to accept delivery and return the product in order to claim a refund. On pointing out the breach of contract a refund was promptly made!
