Stanhope were very responsive and helpful when setting up the insurance. It felt like they were really interested in understanding my needs and getting the best insurance for me. They clearly presented the alternatives and frankly discussed the pros and cons of each potential policy. A week later and I'm still waiting promised call backs from some of the other firms I contacted !!
