We had a temporary situation re building work and our usual provider had stopped covering thatched houses. Aimee worked hard to track down a tailor made policy for this year. Issues beyond her control meant the policy is expensive bur she explained once we have a completion certificate there may be scope to change the pick and get a small refund. I feel Aimee has the clients interests as centre focus. We almost took out an unsuitable policy elsewhere until she diplomatically suggested I ask one or two questions to check the cover was appropriate for us. I would recommend Stanhope to friends .
