My fresh turkey arrived frozen with no explanation,no giblets,very little breast and simply not worth the £98 that I had paid.I have been waiting for someone to ring me so that Il could discuss the situation. I would not buy from you again or recommend you. IF an explanation was given on collection I would have understood but to have no contact is not acceptable and not good business practice
