I ordered a book in early October and it is still yet to be received as of today (4th December). "Apparently" the book was sent (with tracking) to my address in NZ but when it arrived at the local Distribution Centre the address was incomplete and there was no phone number provided (both of which were provided at the time of ordering) so the package was therefore returned to the UK. Since then I have attempted to contact the supplier multiple times via email and also using their useless online chatbot but had no response whatsoever. Customer Service is non-existent!!! The website is very clear about a 100% money back guarantee, but how do you go about obtaining that refund when no one will respond to you? Maybe it's time for someone to contact the consumer guarantees act or Fairgo (a TV show here in NZ that outs companies like these ones that show a complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction). Or preferably, maybe someone could just respond to my many queries, resend the book with the correct address and phone number, and my 9year old son will enjoy opening his Xmas present in three weeks time. Yeah right!
