I ordered 3 Christmas gifts from Smart Solutions. The gifts are wonderful and I know the recipients will enjoy them. I had a calling card left by one delivery company - so went to collect all 3 items - to find out only one item had been sent. I got worried! Couldn’t call them - emailed - no reply - then tried on line chat - was giving up hope when the other 2 items arrived from a different delivery company! To which I then received a reply stating the items had just been delivered. So - lovely items - just communications a little frustrating - yet all turned out well in the end.
