Ordered birthday present to be delivered on 25/5/23.
Parcel not delivered tried contacting company, unable to contact by phone.
Sent email, response that parcel was damaged when received by parcel force, so they sent another parcel. Due to the bank holiday would be delivered on 31/5/23, it wasn’t. It would have been great if they had informed me of these problems.
According to parcel force tracker it was delivered on 1/6/23 however it wasn’t.
Emailed Smart Gifts had no reply.
Parcel finally delivered 3/6/23.
The recipient loves the gift but only 9 days late for her birthday!
Customer service has been dreadful.
