I have been sleeping on the fitted grounding sheet for nearly 2 months. My sleep has improved and less pain. But when waking in the morning harder to just wake up and get due to the deeper sleeping pattern.
Also washed a couple times with normal Bold machine washing powder. What affect this have on the sheet if any.
