I have unfortunately noticed no positive effects. Getting to sleep is just as difficult as always and I find it more difficult now to wake up, if this is due to being in a deeper state of sleep that would make sense maybe, but this isn't actually helpful.
I shall stick with it in case it has other benefits that I am currently not aware of, but the notion that this purchase would cure all of my sleep issues has inevitably been forced back to reality.
