The house name plate I ordered as a present exceeded my expectations. It arrived promptly and was well packaged . It was beautifully crafted and expensive looking. I did have problems with the online ordering service but that was easily resolved over the phone. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and friendly I would thoroughly recommend this company and it's products.
