I ordered a memorial plaque for my deceased father. The online design tool is easy to use and I was quickly able to design the memorial to my satisfaction. Having placed the order, I was slightly disappointed that I heard nothing when the estimated delivery date came and went. However an email from me received an immediate response and the plaque I ordered arrived the next day. Overall I am very pleased with the purchasing experience.
