They were able to secure me a mortgage. I would have given them a five-star review if it didn't feel like the left-hand didn't know what the right hand was doing occasionally. I am not sure if this was a problem with their internal communication or a problem between the mortgage lender and them. Either way, it felt a little jarring getting conflicting timescales and information.
