The M12 fire/smoke sensor I purchased caused two nuisance trips within 10 days of commissioning - it has an intermittent fault.
I contacted Chris at SHG who arranged for a replacement sensor to be sent FOC, which was delivered and fitted AOK only 24 hours later.
The faulty sensor is being returned.
