General quality okay, I purchased the largest pair but as usual with over shoes they were still too small for normal cycle touring shoes and Trying to pull them over the heel immediately broke the pull tab at the back. I'm begining to think that cycle over shoe designers have never seen anything other than racing shoes. This despite them being marketed as a general overshoe.
Other than that when I eventually manage to get them on they are waterproof and work fine.
