I received the order over a week ago. I immediately asked them for instructions on how to return one item but no answer so far, despite sending another email. They say you have 30 days to return the items but with this speed of their follow up this might not work out and I will be stuck with socks I don't like. Mind you there are no instructions on the website, they say to email them if you want to return items, so until they respond I can't do anything. What a customer service!
