I have used Sealskinz products for a number of years and would recommend them - good quality and do an excellent job.
I did however have an issue with a pair of waterproof socks. I contacted Sealskinz to raise the issue, and after following some guidance from customer support to confirm the problem, I had a voucher emailed to me the same day for me to order a replacement of my choice.
It’s always great to see a company actually stand by their warranty pledge. Great stuff.
