My experience was not good… Reasons I abandon the course. Too many things distributed across too many places, and the support service were too generic considering the fact that the process was not start forward. You receive one email for A another email for another B and another for C . When you go back about an issue , you are told it is email B or the login for that is in email C. Word of advice create a playbook or a student walkthrough file for each course. In the file it takes students through each step and can get links to what they need to do at each stage from that one document. Making it easier to find links from there and to know what next to do from there.
