We have used Salesfire for a few years and have now integrated more dashboad features in recent months. We have seen an large increase in hot leads and email subscriptions coming through the overlays of which are turing into more sales. Better customer engagenment. Better analytics that help us understand customer engagement and flow. The abandonment reports we were seeing via our ecommerce platform were truly out of sync with the up to date real reports we recieve from Salesfire. We signed up for the managed service and Katie is our account manager. katie is always happy to set up new overlays, offer industry experienced advice and a real joy to work with.
