I've been very pleased by the reliable delivery of my coffee subscription, and with the quality and flavour of the beans. Recently, A pack of beans arrived damaged in the post, I assume as a consequence of mishandling en route. I contacted Rountons by email, and they replied within an hour, and without fuss sent me a replacement delivery of coffee. In a crowded market, Rounton provides a truly excellent service. I'm always delighted by the coffee. I hope they continue to thrive.
