Purchased The Choker, mouth gag and whilst it does live up to its name, the ball is far too large and unless you've got an exceedingly large mouth the ball gets stuck and comes away from the end of the rod that you're trying to shove in. That results in just the metal tip moving forward whilst the ball stays where it is.
Nice idea, but to have the option of adding a different sized gag would be great.
