I have bought the QV cream from another source before with no problem.
Unfortunately when your delivery arrived the pump top was broken off and the pump was useless. Some cream had leaked out into the inside of the cardboard box. To avoid sending the parcel and cream back I propose to transfer the pump from my older cream container to your one.
