I received the product on time. I came home from a long commute eager to get a trim with my new detailer. To my dismay when I opened the package, it felt used, there were hair everywhere; on the detailer and the comb. I immediately sent an email to PS PSS and they were the least helpful. They also indirectly accused me of having used the trimmers, that they would not refund my money until an investigation was carried out, not by them but Wahl (manufacturers). Under consumer laws I am entitled to a refund regardless of an investigation or no investigation, the case is now with my bank. Will I shop with them again, nope.
