I am very disappointed at trying to get hold of Prominence to book an engineer for broken tumble dryer
and then when I do and am told I will get a call in 24 hours from an engineer, I am still waiting and that was on Friday and was told someone would call me yesterday due to the weekend. I am holding on again with an automated message telling me I am number 1 in the queue and stupid music playing in my ear, which was the same last week when I called. I'm sorry now I took out this insurance and paid 1 year in advance.
